I never said a word to him. We got to the hospital, parked, he started to get out as I reached for the ashtray and he said let it go . I could tell he didnt feel too good with himself . He leaned over in the seat and fixed it all before we went in. We never did speak of it. I sure wasnt going to say thanks for fixing it. He was lucky he was able to fix it . I will tell you that because I was rolling punishments around in my head and he would not of liked the first one. The noises driving him crazy, he cant help that. But, he could of closed it way easier then ripping it off the car.

how about trying ear buds or headphones and then some sort of "white" noise ??

It rained 2 days ago, and then yesterday we had about 3 more inches of rain. I was shopping all day and into the evening, it rained the whole time.

yes he could have. You have a tough job everyday Pam between Robert & Tom. You deserve a big pat on the back for keeping it all together when you are going through so much physically yourself. Please forgive my thoughtless words.
