So.... yesterday i was talking with hubby about how we need a chair lift for the steep part of the property. I was huffing and puffing trying to climb that hill. Told him we could use it in winter for a ski lift. He suggested we just go ahead and get an elephant like Tarzan had to run his elevator to the tree house. OK, i am just going to see if i can pick up a pair on Amazon....

would love to see the look on his face when they are delivered

Then I passed out and slept 4 hrs.
Boys got my meds and some gas for the mower.

It was a cool foggy morning walking around Spring Lake. We saw some deer and beautiful flowers.

Yellow iris at the swampy edge of the lake. The green lumpy stuff is floating water weeds.

duck weed. Beautiful ! My iris are up but the color is washed out. Not crazy about them but they were free. Vetch ?

I have seen crown vetch for sale. Supposed to be good nirto for the soil. Is it the clover looking stuff ? What I seen bloomed pink

Well, new clue to my jub roo . He is sick . not worms or mites. His is still eating but not enthusiastically . He would stop and hang his head down like he is very tired. I need someone to lift him so I can give him a good exam but I heard rattles today in his breathing. I have not treated yet . I will probably do denaguard in the am. My question, How does this relate to the swap? It is a different coop but I am in and out of both of them tracking stuff Im sure.

We were walking along along and saw some mallards and a couple of Canada geese.

Wait a sec... what are those lumpy things?

and keeping an eye on us!

Pro, not sure about the Canadian Canada geese, but ours are very docile and calm as long as you don't invade their space. Even then, they usually just flow on into the lake. They are much nicer than any of the feral domestic geese. Those are MEAN and bitey.
