Granny's gone and done it again

He has been basically all winter. Plus he hasn't hardly gotten any snow this year to boot. Means he's going to be horribly dry, hay crops are going to be hurt by lack of moisture. Same as last summer for him. Because of the drought last year he wasn't able to get oats for his chickens. He's had to purchase way more layer feed than previous years because of it. We may gets some crudy winters, but very rarely do we ever experience drought.
Oh thats terrible. I remember him talking about the oats and how cheap they were. They are same price as flock raiser here if you can find them. special order if I remember .

That was kinda big dill for Robert today. He should of been the one mowing but since he wasnt going to at least we got dinner out of him. His worker called and said he could only stay a few hrs and said he will help in the yard. He came and left without me ever seeing him.
So much for him helping in the yard. Robert is a very smart person. I wish his worker wouldn't make statements like that if he isn't going to carry them out. That was good on Robert that he figured out the dinner prep trade off if he wasn't going to mow. I wish he would have done the mowing, but it's something :)

yes, its something. It showed empathy/guilt or whatever but it did show emotion and I cant knock that. I also thought it pretty cute he walked down the hill where I was w/ neighbor to tell me dinner was done rather then the normal scream.

worker also brought wedding invit. addressed to Robert and MRS. Churchill. :rant No way you could drag me there now. Very rude.
That is very rude on his part. He very well knows that you guys struggle to make ends meet. And it's not like the worker is going to have time to entertain Robert with it being his own wedding. I call them gift seekers :hit:rant
