I hope so ! I know about what the spg. taste like . I make that once in a while and I hope the chicken gets done. or is done. It felt fork tender before I stuck it all in the oven. I used egg then itilan bread crumbs with flour and spices to dip it in. I figure half hr in the oven will heat everything good ?

Just got home. Chicks still aren’t out. They are pipped, but have been since before 5am this morning.

Guess what Im doing ? Cooking ! hahahahaa Never made it before and hope its eatable. Chicken parmahowever its spelled. First time I fried chicken. . was like making 2 dinners at once. I only had chedder so some of that went on and I found Roberts string cheese which is mozzarella so I used it too. Its in the oven finally . Thats was very hard on the back.

You dont check it ? Only thing I would guess its low from candling. Might wet a sock in warm/hot water and toss it in there.
