Granny's gone and done it again

That brooder is going to weigh a ton, i keep putting parts on it. I started making the dividers. The 2 carriers are almost done. And i have a guy who is going to sell me a SS cockerel for $10. :wee
That is awesome news ! You will probably have a fight on your hands for a min . Then the polish will lick their wounds . hahahaa

I called Toms dr today and asked they up his pain meds. He is on a very mild PP . I expected to be met with resistance . Nope, they called me back and had called them in.
What? Why isn't he required to have to go to the pain clinic in order to get his???

hmm good question. Age maybe ? He hasnt had them long. they are mild, not like mine . dr has 2 patients on PPs He is one of them. She actually runs a thing that helps people get off them. She dont give them. She knows that my hands are full . Not really sure. She did make him sign a paper like mine saying he wont get them from anywhere else.

well, I noticed the big :wooters but just figured they all had that. LOL
They kind of do, but the faucets show on the females, males just look saggy. They are interesting animals. Completely solitary except when they meet up for mating every so often. Every 5-7 years for a female.

How many hens would you keep in that coop Lisa ?
I would think you could keep like 10-14 LF in there comfortably. I have a coop smaller than that that my hens could choose if the wanted to stay in it or the 2 other coops & they were packing 13 in it all winter. My pop doors are never closed so they can travel between 3 coops as their liking.
