This just kills me , SO there is a BURN BAN for both Stark and Billings counties, BUT the national park in their wisdom decided to do a "controlled burn" inside the park, HOW are they not tied to the same laws and rules as where they are located ?? Ended up burning 12,000 acres all with in the park.

I think she meant pushing out through the chicken wire of the tractor. As in the chickens pushing out.
