Granny's gone and done it again

tired and the rain and storms we were promised by the weather men never showed up. Evidently Ma Nature doesn't read the weather reports.
I must of got your thunder last night.

their "special"

they did that down in South Dakota a couple years ago and the fire got away on them, ranches were burned and cattle lost to the fire. Their response basically boiled down to "oops"

I hope they had to pay for the damage ? Which of course would just come back to you, the tax payer.

Are you taking him to the vet?

I’m taking a fecal first to see what’s up with him.

she said the chickens pushed their way out of the coop for water. I didnt use ,,,,, LOL I said I dont think they pushed their way out, Camping.

I don’t mean they broke the wire. I meant through the poorly patched hole that was already there. I think if a coyote was after them I would’ve found feathers.

Morning/afternoon grannyland, I did bad & overslept today. It's supposed to be high of 78 today & I've got rotortilling to do :thSure wish I was a better morning person, I make a pizzzzzz poor farmer, that's for sure. On a better note, no sinus headache yet today. My eyes are itchy & sore, but "hay" I can live with that. @MrsMistyReal sending good vibes your way, hope hubby's test results comes back negative today :hugs
@granny hatchet ~ Way to go there detective Kalooso :gigI would have never caught the hair on the wire because I never blew up the picture. I just took Camps word for it being escaping birds looking for water. Very glad thr birds escaped. @campingshaws ~ Hope you vet can get your little boy feeling better :hugs @CapricornFarm ~ great bunny & turkey poult pictures. @Wishing4Wings ~ Do you ever regret leaving the professional teaching world? Not that you aren't still a teacher, you teach me new things all the time. Sure wish I would have had a teacher like you when I was in prison/school. Going through school with dyslexia when they didn't really know much about it, really stunk. A GOOD teacher is worth a million bucks IMO. Even with more knowledge about learning disabilities & ADD/ADHD kids are still falling through the cracks all the time. My gd is a good example of that. She is very smart, but her grades don't reflect her capability. Unless all teachers learn that every child learns differently & they can be more diversified in their teaching methods, you will always have kids falling through the cracks :hit

What would work better than chicken wire? Hardware cloth?
