Oh y’all have I got gossip. We’re all pretty upset.

So remember my trip to Cali for my uncles wedding? Everyone except my grandparents got uninvited in March. Then 2 weeks later we supposedly got reinvited. Anyway some of us didn’t go because we were mad. Total inconvenience. But still. My uncle, aunt & her 2 kids and grandparents flew out Saturday morning. Wedding was today. He snubbed them the whole time. Then had her brother be his best man! He should have just got married then had a reception at home not expected everyone to break the bank for a wedding that they weren’t welcome at.

They don’t speak, something went down years ago. We (Mom, Dad, me and brother) were told by grandma that we were invited. We don’t even have his phone number.

I was trying to upload a third grade cookbook we made for our mothers on Mother’s Day. It has funny recipes. The one I donated was for toffee fudge. I don’t even remember doing it. We must have had a good teacher. I can email it and Facebook it but I can’t upload it here.

Yeah I've had to do that before,love thrift stores,flea markets,yard sales

thrift stores & garages sales. I hate paying full price for anything.

I forgot to tell you guys they had the 100 mile yard sale the same day as the swap! I kept seeing signs but had no time to stop.

I would love if Michigan did something like that. Hubs & I would die & go to heaven all in one day

The problem is i can't find a sugar substitute i like. They all seem to have a nasty aftertaste.

Twist, I dont know whos relationships you are getting your views from but they are wrong in my eyes. Marriage is a partnership. equal there are mistakes made but no one is right or wrong. I have never once in my life blamed Tom or anything he has or hasnt done. I have never said, its your fault because what you do is on you and what I do is on me. We are in this together.

Quick googling said they can both have calf replaced. Poor DH.

Camp, had to laugh at this one. Your hubs looks like he is lost & doesn't have a clue on how to carry a calf. Bet he was questioning his giving the go ahead for the calf. Least that's what his facial expression looks like He will get it figured out lol.

I think pasty butt is from getting too hot under heat lamps. Look at tsc!

Pasty butt can be caused by them being too cold, too hot or just anything that can cause them stress. Even crazy momma's.

Tom complained of his back/kidney and calf muscle. He has UTI yet again and dr pulled his shoes and socks off and it seems her lighting is better then mine because she showed me the discoloration on his foot. probable blockage. Testing is being arranged supposedly

So sorry Pam, tell him I'm praying for him. I hope they can figure out something fast about the blockage in his foot & probably in his calf if it is hurting.

The only time one of mine had it was hatched and raised under mama Seramas. I think cold was the issue... some eggs didn't get covered well and chicks got pushed out since the hens were fighting over them.
I think the TSC chicks get cold during shipping, especially early in the spring. They are often weak when they arrive. My feed store won't sell chicks for 24 hrs to give them a chance to recover... get warm and drink lots of electrolyte water. They have less problems with pasty babies and fewer deaths.

Our TSC does the same here.
Oh. Maybe it's early enough to catch it, remove the blockage and his foot will be fine.
UTI is causing the kidney pain? Wonder what is causing those. Last time, didn't the antibiotics make him loopy? Did they prescribe the same kind?
No it was the actual UTI infection that caused him to be loopy.

Mine is running slow too. If I figure out how to fix that, I will let you know. Let me call #2...

That's really sad & very bad manners on their part. I would have been livid if I paid for plane tickets & a place to stay for a family wedding & ended up being snubbed. I think they probably would REALLY regret inviting me before everything was said & done. I bet your parents were really glad they didn't go.

Yeah my aunt is pizzed because she spent their vacation fund to fly out. We found out at New Years he was getting married. 5 months. That’s just not done here. And if he would have waited until June then more could have went. But most of us work at the school in some shape or form and can’t get off.

Mom is. You know Sunday my aunt and uncle(not the one that got married) were trying to get Mom to fly out. She’s glad she didn’t.

If I went someone would have got a show. Would be memorable for sure.
