Rose is my least favorite flower. Been sliced too many times but they are pretty to look at. I made room for one of these in Mi.

I have several roses i need to plant.

Hubs got the frames built for my cucumber trellis system for the garden. I got the panels stained so he can get the fencing put on them tomorrow. Pretty amazing, all the materials used are from repurposed stuff that was given to us. Even down to the nails. Sister & BIL deck material is the wood used. The 2x2 welded wire fencing material was put in the recycling area at hubs works by another employee. The nails are leftover from a job hubs did for someone a year or so ago & the stain is leftover from doing our deck & coops. So 0 out of pocket expense

There are 3 panels that will go end to end & joined by some large nuts & bolts that hubs got from his shop when they were throwing away a bunch of stuff.

I got a bunch of pictures printed at Walmart today. Made an album to send to my Mom. I will have to put labels with peoples names on there. I think she will enjoy it.

My iris are starting to bloom yellow. I prefer the variegated so you have something interesting to look at after that short bloom.

They are not my favorite flower either, but the colors are beautiful on this one & it's a +++ if it has a nice smell.

And Pert, you were asking about a wildflower. It looked familiar, but I never could find it.

Think what you showed might be some relation to this Penstemon. If you post the picture again I might be able to find what it is.

not this close. They are in the woods here. We usually hear them but don’t see them.

I have never seen the verigated variaty. I would like those, mine are purple & ugly. I keep trying to get rid of them, but you know how it is with tubers. Just a tiny piece left & they are growing again lol.
