Granny's gone and done it again

Okay, I had to research again... Gabby Hayes?

I've only seen him in old movies. Didn't know he had his own show and a magazine too. Or was it a comic book? Today we'd call it a graphic novel! :D

Holy cow forgot all about him what a :woot

I think that's a good way to approach it. If it turns outs he declines to go, it can still help you help him. :)

That's a relief. Still a long road ahead, but at least that's one big pothole you've missed. Hope the rest of the journey is smooth sailing. :hugs

Does she have any pets now?
Me 2 now it's a discussion on treatment for the lungs, chemo & medications possibly

Crap. I gotta worry about healthcare now if he swaps jobs and is without insurance for however long their assessment period is....

For sure better benefits. It’s government after all. It’ll be a pay cut but the benefits will make up for it.

Which reminds me...I’ll have to change my 401k contributions. Not that it’ll make that big of a difference to our income but every bit will help (and I can only change beginning of the quarter sigh)

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Rub the quail with half the olive oil, then sprinkle all over with salt and pepper. ...
  2. After about 10 minutes of roasting, baste with remaining mixture, then continue to roast until done, about 10 minutes more. Serve birds hot, with pan juices, or warm or at room temperature.
