getting mad at yourself aint gonna do a thing to help. Been there. We are medical mysterys. Control the pain, to hell with the cause. It wont get fixed. It never does. I about bet yours is bone. Just like mine. Your probably having sugar drops based on exercise. Your stressing your body you need more intake.I'm just tired of syptoms, I've spent a lifetime with one medical problem after another. All of them taking years for a doctor to finally figure out. I've just over it, I've always been able to work through the pain, it's not happening anymore & I'm just at loss as what to do. But I'm tired of whining about it anymore, I'm sorry to have even brought it up.


it doesn't flare up all the time but when it does I feel like I'm ball room dancing alone
