haha... true for just about every animal. They did a study on wild tiger in India (I think). Kept a steady supply of food for them in the same location for months. The tigers stayed in the immediate area... did not roam or have the urge to hunt, apparently didn't mind being bored. This kind of hushed some zoo critics, saying the poor animals are bored and should be put back in the wild. Something to that, but if we don't keep some safe, we could lose them all.

Vultures don't have feathers on their head, so you see the red skin.
You probably saw a turkey vulture.
I think you have black vultures too, but their heads have black skin, not red.
I could go on and on about vultures, but will spare you!
