congrats on the freezer. I have a small one but I love it.
Question please. I bought some pork yesterday because it was very cheep. $4. for about 8 pieces. But it has BBQ powder on it. How do I cook it please ? Rinse it off maybe ?

I bake mine in the oven. Im gonna go put powder on mine now. Cajun seasoning

Sir Loin is on a bottle and we’re putting grain in his mouth to have him try it. Ranger gets milk and grain but I think the goats ate it today.

Its a device that is supposed to check the temperature in the incubator. You put the probe in the vent hole. Some people put them inside water wigglers to simulate an egg. The humidity measuring devices have temp readings that never seem to match thermometers, which never seem to match either. I want to know what the danged temperature is in all of these bators. I think that is why i have been having lousy hatches.

sounds nice. I hope it helps. I also suspect your temps are off. Too warm. I did think you have to calibrate every temp you get no matter what kind it is .
