That's what I use in my brooder.
I’ve never seen them for sale. The chick waterer I have doesn’t put a lot out but the also like to kick shavings in it so it doesn’t have much water in anyway.
As the chicks grow, i put the waterers on blocks of wood so they get less poo and shavings in them.
Mine are too lol but they got some strong legs
they even manage to get the sheddings on top of the bottle!
