Look at Jane, She has the right idea. She eats a good breakfast lunch and dinner , makes herself take a nap everyday and tends a huge garden among everything else she does.

Hubby has been making steak and burgers on the grill. Of course i am not supposed to eat red meat with IBS, but i do anyway.You are burning yourself out. You cant keep up superwoman strength and speed forever. You need to pick a day out of the week to do nothing. Rest and eat some red meat/liver is so yummy

Can you "over feed " them the day before ? That has worked for me.I have considered having a rest day but once i get out there tending the animals, stuff comes up.

Yeah, the doctors quit prescribing injectable B12. B turds.I guess you know people with stomach surgery or even problems sometimes cant absorb B no matter how many vitamins they swallow. It has to go through the blood stream.
