Make Chicken Parmesian.

I dont know how and aint that like making 2 dishes ?

Its just a couple boneless breasts. Do you know how to make it in the oven with dressing ? I dont have gravy but I have a jar of that Alfredo sauce .

I take the breast meat and slice it into big flat pieces. Then i pound it with the edge of a plate. Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs. Bake until nearly done, then add mozzarella and parmesian. Cook another few minutes. I serve with spaghetti.

I tried that once when we lost electric. I can see by her picture I smothered them. I put them under not in between. I had chicks hatchingin my pockets, toms pockets. hahahaa Some lady was here and she kept looking at me funny because they were chirping coming from my bosom.

you pound it with a plate ??? I cant picture this . hahaa But ya, thats making 2 meals. Too much for me.
