The edge of the plate. Tenderizes it. I used to have a metal meat masher hammer thing but it got lost or tossed along the way. I don't see how its making 2 meals, but it might actually taste good. And leftovers are easy to reheat and eat.
Any way, i just let the turkeys out and the chickens are in their yard. Gotta go buy feed. Ttyl.
