They do look tasty.

Nope. Some kids just stuck to pepperoni or bbq chicken. It’s jr/sr high kids this week, they’re a bit more willing to try different foods.

Mac and cheese pizza.?

Yep. Crust, Alfredo sauce base, leftover Mac (from last night’s supper) and topped with mozzarella. It’s not the smash hit that it used to be, so I might retire it for a year or two.

Each pan cuts into 48 pieces about the size of a deck of cards. We had 6 pans, so 288 pieces for 60 people. Everyone was full. The staff will polish off the leftovers on the weekend.

We’ve tried them 3x over the years. They last a bit but never come back the next year. I want some in front of my coop.
