Wishing, I didnt mean take him for a walk on the road. too hot for you out there. I just meant in general more exercise. toss a ball, what ever to get him moving.
Ohhhh. It's kind of hard to get him to stop moving! :D
He'll come out with me in a few minutes.
I do have to get out there and water... at least just set a dripping hose under the plants... then move it every so often. I set the kitchen timer or it would be dripping until next week!
But I do have to go. Maybe Scooter will too! :lau

Only thing I know is for diarrhea . Pepto . You dont want that. Gingersnaps ??
I think I read somewhere here on BYC that a baked potato (no not a LOADED baked potato) was good for the runs.

Ha, I was thinking only of air filter. Others never even crossed my mind. Its been about 5-6 yrs. I imagine they do need replaced. This one also cuts better in reverse.
Never changed?? Granny, get out the manual and order the oil, air, fuel filters and spark plugs. Unless you happen to have a Sears nearby (It is a "Craftsman" mower right?), then call and see if they have them in stock. If not order online. If you are on the original blades, get those as well. Slapping the grass with dull rock chipped blades doesn't make it easier on the mower.

I noticed that no matter how high I had mine set (goes to 10, which is presumably 4"), it seemed to be cutting low and scalping on some of the uneven areas. Saw in the manual about wanting the front of the deck to be 1/8" to 1/2" lower than the rear and the long bolt that goes between the frame and the front of the deck that is adjusted to accomplish that. Remembered I had taken the deck off 2 years ago and left that long bolt in place on the tractor for when I put the deck back on. But DOH! I backed the tractor up to do something with it and broke the bolt. Didn't think a thing about needing to adjust the replacement :thJust fixed that last week and now it is mowing higher. Haven't been out in the tall grass to see if it might cut a bit better in forward but I don't expect it will. Pretty much the grass is pushed down as the front goes over it but the grass is so tall that by the time the top is past the front lip the rear of the deck is holding the whole plant down. I think backing up forces the tops of the plants up into the forward part of the deck and they bend back where the blades can hit them.

Wheres the cold beer ?
In my fridge. DW and I will be splitting one with the burgers tonight. We don't drink a lot, one 22 oz beer is plenty for two.

It's on the list!
:thumbsup
