Granny's gone and done it again

People are supposed to come 95 miles tomorrow to pick up keets from NC. I hope they show up. It would empty another brooder for me .
I moved the Tolbunt Polish into the turkey tractor, the Turkeys seemed put out to have chickens in there! The three young turkeys went into a wire bottom brooder. The biggest keets went down to the grow out pen. The guineas looked hard at those keets.

It is cooling down, but still humid. Just picked a tick out of my hair. At least it hadn't bitten me yet.

I cant imagine what the ticks would be like there without guineas,chickens. Do turkeys eat ticks ?

I bet they do. Still 13 acres is a lot of ticks. A lot less ticks now than when we moved here.
