I hate that we've had that before more than once or this pay by the 1st which is a Sunday & you received the bill on Friday yup that 1 is a classic

Our phone bill was a week over due. We sent it out a week before and it took them 2 weeks to get it! I hate the postal service. Oh they added a $30 late fee on the next one. I paid it online last week.

One of the GLW I paid for didn’t make it. It was acting puny yesterday but I was hoping it was just chilled. So she is down to 10 chicks because the two eggs hatched. And of course they’re all the prettiest little babies I’ve ever seen. last night I said 10 chicks and two eggs but that was wrong.

Yes we just went through that with our electric bill we pay on our card somehow they didn't receive payment until one week after I payed late fee $15 not as steep as yours but still I called it in to let them know this isn't right she admitted the system was slow & it does occur I said then we should be reimbursed sorry Mame we can't do that why not you messed up it's not us it's the systemWHATthat makes no sense
