I’ll check if I can figure out which one it is again. I keep watching/checking the new littles. I’m calling them the Leonids, might be a smidge early for that, but I don’t care.

I have a double nesting box and a hen has been sitting for a while in there. I went to check for an egg and there were 3 in the double box far away from where she was sitting. I thought I better candle them and sure enough one had a chick . I took it back out and cooked the other which BOTH of them the yolk busted when I was frying them. I fed them to Tom . LOL I did get the one from yesterday. along w/ gravy/biscuits, bacon and sausage.

I had Medicaid for both pregnancies, the first time because we didn’t have insurance and the second time because we hadn’t been on the policy long enough, or it hadn’t been adjust properly. But both times we made very little money, so it worked out.

See that’s the thing. Household income is too much for the Medicaid - but ah well. If it is me being broody i’ll still be in my first tri by the time the insurance does kick in so...*shrug*
