Granny's gone and done it again

Do you remember when Tom fell and broke his wrist ? He got cast and I had to do everything for him as he only has one good hand. I fell off the back porch at the same time and broke my hip. I never even went to the dr til much later because I was taking care of him.

Granny, us old folks have so much fun! I remember, and about a year ago i fell off the porch in a chair! Luckily i didn't break anything.

I think there were 11. One was dead in the coop.

DH hurt his foot Friday night, and I think it’s broken. He can’t put any weight on it. The guy who did farm chores for me yesterday let the keets out. Took me two hours to catch them this morning, down to 9 now.

I saw a deer about 20 feet from the turkey coop this morning. She left quickly when she heard the Mule.

So happy they have their own place now. I will miss seeing them free range during the day, but i am not going to carry them down there every night.

Cap, I think those are by the sunrise and set ? These are in the pole barn. I forgot about the brooder in the house. It was all clean and ready. Just add water. So I put all 7of them there. Robert baby sit me while I caught the tolbunt roo and he got away from me so he is roaming the property now. He probably wont last the night . I hate for it to go down like that but I sure cant catch him now.
I also culled a serama roo that was injured . another sad one because he was half grown and the roo that took all these babies in and took care of them. There wasnt any fixing him. He was about a 6 weeks when I added all the babys and he would let them go under him, on top, he didnt mind.
Then walking back to the house (and heres where it gets interesting) I got a bad feeling and thought I was passing out. World started spinning and I felt myself going down but had enough wits about me to throw/drop the hatchet in my hands so I didnt fall on it. Poor cat never seen it coming. Robert caught me and kept me from bumping my noggin til it went away.
