Tornado hair! Good heavens, what a mess!
We were under a tornado alert for a good 45 minutes. Young checker at Walmart said she had her windshield broken from the golf ball sized hail... but her hair looked nice.

How terrible. How can people do that to an animal?

The vulture had been hit by a car... or maybe just grazed or tumbled. After I moved it about 15 feet off the road, it started trying to walk back over. Then there was a big pickup truck coming on the road, and the dopey bird walked right back and sat down in the middle. I was walking away... couldn't bear to watch it get run over. Truck guy started honking his horn and slowed down, but I still couldn't watch. Good thing granny did because the bird managed to flap its way up onto a low branch beside the road! It was pretty dazed.


There is a word for that.... DEHYDRATION!

Phew Some people aren't meant to have animals or children so sad

LOLOL Her hair looked nice ! Guy that was waiting on us was telling Wishing horror stories about tornados and I standing behind her telling him to put the shut to the hell up. He finally figured out what I was saying and stopped. He was like, ya, just a yr ago this month the bowling alley right across the street . tornado took the whole roof down. and bla bla ...

Man, i am tired. Ran around all day, got home, fed and watered all the critters, finished the carrying cage, and put a few things in the truck. I still need to get eggs ready to go, and i am going to have to get some cages ready to put animals in. Not sure where my folding chair is again....
And i had a guinea hatch this morning. Not sure if i want to load stuff now or in the morning. I think i will just get the eggs ready to go and do the other stuff in the morning.
I am going to say goodnight now, because i need to get busy. Everyone sleep well and awake rested. I plan to be at the swap by 8 am!

I hit a turtle the other day.. It's a dark road leading to the house for about two miles.. I was driving at about 50 mph and felt something that felt like a rock hit the bottom of the car.. I thought it broke something under my car, so I pulled over and saw it.. It hurt me bad, smh.. I called the animal control and they said they'd send someone, I pulled it to the side of the road and told them where they could find it.. I was sooo down about it.. I hate when I see young kids speed up to hit a turtle or a croc, and I usually stop traffic to let them cross.. I took two long swags of JD's, and thought about it all night..
