so did you "refuse" that particular roll , or taking it back , or just going to spray wash it with bleach ??

Well at first i thought it was just hay. But i may call up the manager tomorrow. The rain is out there washing it right now. And , some yucky stuff dripped out of it onto my wood .
I have to determine what is in it. I didn't pull it out yet.
Plus they have changed their policy on open bags of stuff. Used to be 50% off, now its 10% plus some calculation of the weight. Sounds like a pia.

the bag policy I get as I used to know an old lady who would open a bag and then get a manager and want a discount on the item she opened. Mrs. Helen Kadramus used to live up the street from the motel my folks and I ran in the 90's
