Oh so I found out something pretty cool the other day. Did you know chocolate is sex linked? So boys need 2 copies. So if you have a chocolate hen and a different color Drake any babies that hatch out chocolate will be girls.

I knew chocolate x Narragansett turkeys are sex linked.

I had a choc Roo and no choc hens, so if the chicks are choc they are Hens?

It’s all fun and games until lightening hits the palm tree across the street and it goes up In flames. It was very scary. Haven’t liked lightening storms since.
