I got Twists last ham hocks thawing, Bought 3 bags of greens . kale, collard and mustard. A package of sliced shrooms. Question is, Am I supposed to wash the shrooms and if yes How ?

Thanks Granny, i hope so but i know there a coons and coyotes around, plus snakes etc. And they tend to just sit on a log. I never did find out where that guinea hen disappeared to.
There is a new guinea in the bator. Oh hell i just can't keep up with them. It's a good thing i am lousy at hatching.

I am worse.
I dont let mine range BUT I threw a bunch of roos out and the only ones left are 2 polish. They have been out since Wishing was here.

I would put them in a colander and run water over them.
