One of those ‘no one knows what happened’ moments. They were literally right in front of me, but I was cooking and not paying attention. She said he tried to slap her face, so she blocked him. He didn’t say anything, so I guess he agrees with that version. :

Yep, school’s been in a few weeks. I met with bubba's teacher yesterday, and she adores him. She seems to really appreciate his quirks. Or she’s the worlds nicest person. OR she’s the worlds best liar.

It’s not that obvious. Actually, it looks more normal now because there are just two teeth now instead of three. Bottom teeth, like the first ones to come in. There’s a teensy bit sticking up, like a sliver? It’s hard to describe. But when he handed it to me I could tell it’s not the whole thing.

I went out to the workshop for about an hour and built a nest box, except for the lid. And painted it. Three more to make for the chicken coop. If i can finish this coop, i will have cages to put my new quail in. I think i mentioned i cut the last piece of plywood for the front, but it is soaking wet. So its in the workshop, hopefully drying.
