Thats probably true but I couldnt really afford him. I have a sick barn cat. Tried antibiotics on him but didnt help.

What is wrong with the barn cat?

Needs oral antibiotics and antibiotic eye treatment. Often caused by upper respiratory infection. Poor thing. Do you have a heating pad for it?

He is warm. I dont believe he has URI. Breathing isnt effected

Granny did you check the kitten for fleas? If he had ear mites and a URI and is acting weak I’d check for those. He could be anemic

No fleas. I was surprised . breathing is good . Only one eye

But you need the right antibiotic for the disease. So many it could be. Might even be a foreign body up the nose, or an uRI.

You might be able to surrender the kitten to a vet. Maybe they would fix it up and find it a home.
