Sounds like a wonderfully lazy time. Was knee-deep in a good nap when you asked. Bff was here and we just rested and watched the kids play video games. Sometimes you just need to be boring in the same room.
It has thundered all day, but not much rain. Bubba woke up with a fever, 101.4, so I’m tending him. We were on top of it but missed a dose of meds while I was sleeping, so we’re behind it now. He has to get meds every two hours or the fever gets out of control. Had to take him to the er twice as a baby for high fevers, but we have it figured out now. Cool baths and popsicles til it breaks.
Yeast infection/thrush/gleet. Often in conjunction with sour crop. Plain yogurt is the first thing I try, but this looks too far gone. I have heard people use (feed) Monistat antifungal stuff. Have to research type and amount. Should be isolated to keep it from spreading.I think this is vent gleet? Treatment ideas? I put ACV in the water for 2 days and now she’s hunkered down.
I bet you could do it better than most! You are supposed to start with half a tile at one end i would think. We may end up ripping it all out and starting over.
Sounds like a wonderfully lazy time.
Hope Bubba is better today.
