Granny's gone and done it again

Bruce, bad rust under the van, air cond, and one tire. Thats whats wrong w/ the van. I would still be driving it. Tom said it crunches when you jack it up. You have to use a floor jack. its a 2000 mercury villager sport. He says we cant change the tire on it and it scares him we will get stranded. We also cant change a tire on any car. not able to. No cell phone and no one to call if we did have one. The reason he wants to junk it is a noble one. Only poor people buy $500.00 vans normally with children since it is a van. He worries for their safety. I dont want to give away a new battery and tire . I miss my van. was so easy to drive.
Very considerate of him. I wouldn't have thought of that. If it is crunching underneath, I doubt it would pass a safety inspection anyway. Maybe you can sell it to the junk yard or if you have them one of the suggested "you pull" places (never heard of those before) and keep the tire and battery to sell separately?

thats cause we know them as junk yards. No none here close

and you are supposed to do this monthly ?? isn't there a pill you could take daily might make it easier to get what you need then rather then "forgetting to take/do it every month"
Reason I have to take shots is because no matter how much meat I consume its not absorbed by my stomach so has to go straight to the muscle. Pill wouldnt either

Twist, your buying $1,200.00 in hay tomorrow ?

about that

more then enough for the year BUT I wanted some to carry over and possibly cover at least some if not a lot of next winter. Then there is not so much pressure to find hay.

We went thru 15 bales last winter. I will currently have 1 more mouth to feed then last year.

last year had Porter, 8 cows , 4 yearlings and 6 calves
this after the one trade, Porter, 8 cows, 4 two year olds and 6 calves

quick edit PLUS the 2 yearling girls.
