Granny's gone and done it again

My friend has put her Christmas stuff up already. Or we’ll never taken it down from Christmas in July.

yep! Way too early. We put ours up 1 weekend in December and it comes down on the 26th
I always hate to see the tree taken down. Hubby usually puts it up late to start with.

I got two more nest boxes up on the new coop, and the first shutter. Also put up the last panel of the second run.

Time to go back out, supper is over. Bbl.

Got the chickens put away. I was driving the Mule up a slight hill and despite being tied down, two sheets of plywood slid off. Hit my aluminum straight edge and bent it. I had a heck of a time getting them back up there, one was quite heavy.

and still messed it up, lost a cow in the math, 9 cows as I currently have 6 plus the 3 "new girls" makes 9. :he:he:he:he
Makes Yak math easy: Too hard to figure out so "not many".

ouch ! Ive been pricked . I wont remember this date. It dont match anything.
Easy: write it on a calendar.

we got taco bell today. They changed hands and their food is so good.
Interesting. All the big chain restaurants require all the stores to use the exact same product bought through the company. This is so strict that the IHOP in South Burlington had to get special dispensation to have REAL maple syrup available. Store would fail here if they tried to pass off the nasty stuff as "maple syrup". In fact that stuff must, by law, be called "breakfast syrup" or something similar. The new owners of your TB must have a clue how to cook where the old ones didn't.

Of course all humans were on the other side of the fence
Clearly one of them needs to be trained as a rodeo clown to help protect you!

Plus 2 dogs, his mother in law and the cat it took over an hour to catch.
THAT is why you need all the advance notice! We have a cat that knows when it has a vet appointment. She disappears to who knows where. Missed the last one, figured out she isn't due for the mandatory rabies shot until next year so we got a reprieve.

they went inland and up mountains so they should be. OF course idiot brother doesn't have hurricane ins. Evidently that $500.00 a year is/was better spent in slot machines
:he
Do they own the place in the mountains so they have somewhere to live after this weekend?

yep "well my house is 3 feet off the ground" yes knothead and you live 5 blocks from the beach and a storm surge can be 20 feet figure it out. :barnie
Works if the house is 3' off the ground and the ground is > 20' above sea level ;)
Have to admit though, doesn't sound like dear brother thinks things through real well.

Surfside beech South Carolina just south of mytrl beech about 20 miles or so.
I'm sure it is a very nice house. If he is really lucky he can still say that in 2 days time.

Good thing they have the mandatory evacuations... for people who don't quite think it through.
Except that "mandatory" doesn't mean "get out or we will drag you out". It means "if you choose to stay we aren't going to come rescue you when the SHTF and the power is out and you are crying 'come save me!!!!'"

The contractor is "swimmy headed" and went to the doctor. So no yelling at him today.
Oh, I figured he was swimmy headed because you :smack and :smack and :smackagain.

I’m still shocked that they have FULL HALLOWEEN DECOR out. It’s barely September!!!
Do they have Thanksgiving stuff on the other side of the door?

I agree, that is WAY too creepy to put on any business door other than maybe a halloween store.
