I’m beat. TGIF! I’m getting flea drops from the vet and then heading to Rural king.

DD tried online. Got the boots. Both the bottoms had moulded in left side arch even though one was a right foot shaped sole. Managed to get the $40 purchase price credit but not the shipping cost.

They were supposed to finish up the soffits and start installing the snow rails.

Um, you have soffits and snow rails IN your bathroom? I am SO CONFUSED! And if they are not able to work on some outside thing (that one would HOPE would be lower priority than the bathroom) why couldn't they change their plans for the rainy day and work on the bathroom???

Hubby found out he has a torn cartilage in his wrist, so that is why it hurts. Now they need an MRI done.

Now it is REALLY too bad he "manned up" and waited. Who knows what extra damage was done. My guess is his hand and forearm will be in a cast for some time.

I use to use a manual log splitter. Worked great on most stuff except for gnarly oak and eucalyptus.

Looks like it would make my slow 22 second electric splitter look like a racehorse. Probably builds up the biceps though.

Very sad, Cap. When I hear of things like this, it reminds me how complex life is, and I am always amazed how well it works out so much of the time. Those little chicks and bunnies that come out fine are like little miracles.

$60 later I have rabbit and chicken feed. And awkward convo with a old dude that offered to put the last bag of feed in the boot. “I like a woman that can take care of things”

I asked hubby to get 2 bags of rabbit feed. He got 4 and some mallow cups! I stressed that he needed to get someone to load it in the car. Wonder if he did.
