I made some and it turned out really good but I swear I dont remember how except for that.
 
for my sauce and butter I just wash and remove stems rough chop and then into the oven when everything is mushy (cooking term) I run it through the hand crank food mill and the scraps go out to the hens

nope to much work and I like the flavor and how thick the sauce gets then, I really dislike it when you put a spoonful of apple sauce on the plate and water/juice runs all over
 
Poor Josie went out with me in the dark and she ran into the hotwire. I called her and she ran over, no probs. Then she ran into it again. And I don’t know if she got tangled or what, but she screeched forever and ran screeching all the way home. Then she ran to me and yelped when I touched her. Now she won’t come out of her crate. :hide

I was so tired from the day I didn’t even think about the wire. I hope she’s not broken forever. She thinks I did it. :hit
