I dumped it in a big old pile and the chickens spread it. My pile from spring is nice dark dirt now.

I didn't realize food poisoning lasted so long, figured it was something you'd be over the next day but that seems like it would be an unusually short period of time. And I thought "regular" food poisoning was something that showed up in just a couple of hours. Shows what I know doesn't it??

I got a load of quail eggs today. Even one in the group i figure are 4 or 5 weeks old had one lay today! That is crazy! I would love to incubate them but i need to stop. Just plum out of places to put them!

Not sure what you mean by “get it.” The point the instructor made is that a lot of cases of food poisoning are attributed to viruses because how do you know what/where you ate a week ago? Two weeks?

“Food poisoning” is just a broad, catch all term for resulting illness from eating contaminated food. Contamination can come from lots of sources but the most common is fecal matter from employees.
