So I didnt sleep today and now its tomorrow, didnt the night before, all that day then a few hrs the day before that. How many hrs is that ? Or is that not enough info ?

sigh... sleep deprivation causes all sorts of health problems, including pain. I suppose when you do sleep, it will be for 15 hrs.
