DD1 thinks she wants Sebrights. I told her she can get some when she has her own flock. Don't need any puny birds that lay maybe one small egg a week no matter how pretty they are. She has heard they aren't real hardy.

Not old, short generations. DW's family is the opposite. Her paternal grandfather was born 101 years before her. At 93, her father is 68 years older than DD1, his oldest grandchild.

Not an easy thing to do.
