Ugh. My phone is all sorts of acting up. Think it’s time for a new one very soon. Sigh.

Granny (et al) I admit I don’t make huge fusses when I don’t notice people online cause I know I tend to go missing lots too. Sometimes life gets busy and I don’t have the chance to catch up on here, sometimes I’m just not fit or feeling polite company.

Hi Star, How are you doing? My phone screen is cracked since i fell off the ladder and landed on it. I need a heavy duty case.
Cool and sunny here. Lots to do but i hate feeling cold in the morning. Going to have to drag out heavier clothes.

Wet and drizzling here. Cool also. We're actually 2 plus inches over the yearly rain average. Don't recall that being the case in years and years.

I’m hip-deep in stress cleaning. About to shampoo the carpet instead of packing. I don’t mind living in a mess, but I hate coming home to one.

Um, you won't be home to keep the place clean, is the entire family going? If not you'll likely come home to a mess anyway. Better to make sure you are packed than worrying about the carpet.

Bad news, the swap is 3 days after my surgery. I guess i will be skipping that.

I'm with the "send DH" group. Probably be a good way to rest his wrist

I saw mama guinea , she has only 2 babies left.

And if we skip a dose it goes high and takes forever to come back down. I have alarms set all night.

I bet that was fun, sure hope that fever breaks and stays down soon.

The kids and the clumsy dog are staying with sitters.

Got a bunch of rain last night. Poor hubs. His “shop” container leaked hardcore. He had me grab a bunch of silicone sealer at Home Depot yesterday to patch it up. Wouldn’t you know I somehow got the “wrong stuff” and it then leaked rivers of white goo down.

*shrugs* I asked if I should get him the flex seal or other rubberized coating instead and he said no. I took pictures and sent to him before I bought it. My work here is done.

What the buggery. Smoke? I see smoke....someone better just be burning wet logs in their fireplace. Guh. It’s that kind of smoke at least.

Neighbors dogs continue to infuriate. I think they’re starting to realize we’re getting fed up with it though. The daughter has actually come out once or twice when the dogs continually bark at us. Shocker. But it takes quite a bit of straight barking before she rouses herself. Blows my mind how one can be so inconsiderate of your neighbors. I would be appalled if peach was that noisy. (Note: I guarantee you peach barks when she’s left outside and I’m at work - but I’m also 99% sure if she does she’s doing normal dog barking - at the ups/feddies or people walking by...and once they’re gone she’s back to lazing away. Also. I don’t have a doggy door so she’s not free to run outside and raise heck at 2am. And she doesn’t bark at the neighbors. She’ll kinda yip in a hey pay attention to me way but that’s it. These dogs - especially the one - will charge the fence and straight up aggression bark the whole time anyone is outside to us AND the neighbors on the other side)

Hubs has given up on the direct route of wow dog x barks constantly and is threatening to toss a highlighted copy of the county code regarding nuciance dogs...

I may just try the serious talk again.

Going out with the moms group to a winery later today. Yay. Should be fun.

Isn't it amazing how people fail to respond to their own dogs barking?
