Are they hard to take out Twist ?

no there should be some spots sort of inside when you open the door around the walls where "bands" hold the dishwasher in and are screwed into the side and underneath of the counter top

Just make sure to turn off the water and then have plugs to stick on your water supply line then it should just pull/roll out

There is an L bracket in front holding the dumb thing in place. Plugs ? I think it has a shut off there. Not sure. What would I use to support the counter top ?

some 'L" shaped shelf brackets would/should work you will have to screw them into the side of the cupboards

friend that come to get eggs the other day was also Roberts old worker . After they left I heard a puppy crying. I didnt go out til next am and didnt see anything and now I feel bad. I wouldnt put it past them to do that. LOL
