granny Strudel and Pie are 2 different things

I made fried apples, housekeeper rolled out some biscuits and we filled them and fried them. Robert made the icing for them He ate apple strudels from the freezer instead.

Yeah, but i had to stop what i was doing and help him. It was a 2 person job. Any way, glad its done.

apple turnovers . Its the same thing. same icing except homemade and much better . My apples turned out good w/ some brown sugar and cinn . and a little water they cooked down into a nice syrup.

And I learned how to pinch them shut . Oil on the edge helps them stick.
