wheel off a metal bed frame
window in the storm door which I had already fixed once while she was here

all of the end caps for the hot water heat removed and sitting in a trashcan full of water or just where ever

The carpet and pad will have to be replaced and the room painted before I can rent it again PLUS I need a new mattress
