Next time I will make the whole video. Ok, so I only videoed the first part of the roux. After the flour is browned, then it’s mixed with a little hot water, to thin it. Then more water, or stock, and eventually it goes in the pot with all the other stuff. I’m not sure if I’m putting it all together right so I didn’t show that. :oops:
