Howdy there! I knew you were kind of quiet... only 125 posts in 2 years!
Trucker? My friend in 5th grade showed me how to tell apart all the makes of semi... we were sitting in the front seat of the school bus on the way to Outdoor Education camp. Let's see... Kenworth had the red stripy thing on the front, but I don't remember the grill. Long time ago!

Way I was brought up, you ate what was put on your plate, including liver, which literally made me gag trying to swallow it. After being force fed liver, not much tastes bad... turkey was ambrosia by comparison.

You made your own plate here growing up. If you didn’t finish, it was put in the fridge for another day. (I was strict vegetarian from 9 to early 20’s so not a lot of non meat food was made) I hate waste. But there are a lot of foods I don’t eat because I get sick from them. I’m starting to think I have a mild gluten problem also.
