I never had thermals I wonder if Tom would wear them. Personal questions now. LOL He only has one hand. Do you wear regular underwear under them and if so is it hard to potty ?

nope just those with one hand maybe get a larger size so they are easier to get up and down. Haven't worn my new ones so I don't know how difficult these will be.
