Yup. Me too. If you have or are prone to hypertension, then you have to watch your sodium. I don't eat a lot of prepared foods, which are loaded with salt, so I feel free to use the shaker as much as I want.
A lot of what passes for "science" is sensationalized, writers or reporters who are not scientists interpret test results to make their story sell . Some of it is just common sense. My dad has used saccharin in his coffee for as long as he's been drinking it. Even when it came out in the news that it causes cancer, he never gave it up. After about 30 years, "they" (whoever that is) "discovered" that saccharin is actually not carcinogenic. Bad science abounds. It creates fake news!

Yes he did! I am in the Ben fan club. I do, however think an eagle is a great symbol. I never picture one on a platter!

What kind of turtle is that? Looks like a lizard tail. Never seen one so long.

Yertle (1 year old) is the smaller one, Rosie is the bigger one. They are very friendly, I had to give them food so they would slow down enough for pics.

Morning all, Been up since 7. Tried to let the dogs out and there sat the cat so I went out the front and fed his and seen the garbage cans have been forgotten Again. They are full so I figured I would give it a try. I got about 1/4th the way up the driveway when I heard Robert hollering. Thank goodness he was up. He said, sit down and I will bring you some coffee as soon as I get the garbage up. How sweet right ? Im sipping coffee , we are talking, he hasnt been to bed yet. Then he tells it. He ate a whole dream pie yesterday. I had a piece after dinner yesterday. He polished the rest of it off.
Sleep well little man.

What is a dream pie? It must have chocolate in it with that name!
