Yep... You cant go anywhere with out people smoking it freely.. It doesn't bother me though... Im use to it. the kids are use to it.. it hasn't caused any issues

As many yrs as I have smoked cigarettes I would still choke on that stuff.

Governors don't get last say... If they take a state like Iowa which is extremely concervative in this idealogy… they can take any state
