a very good and delicate cookie if done right. OR a gut bomb if made wrong. You use sort of a gun type thing (cookie press) to squeeze the dough/batter thru and on to a cookie sheet

yes and I did have to use a different kettle/pot for the fudge this year as I just couldn't manage to lift/hold my usual one and pour the fudge into containers/tins
