yes and I did have to use a different kettle/pot for the fudge this year as I just couldn't manage to lift/hold my usual one and pour the fudge into containers/tins

did it come out the same ? Mom refused to use any thing other then her heavy aluminum

yep same set just used the kettle instead of the dutch oven as the kettle has a longer handle, it did take longer to get up to temp though
