I never did get moms DOD put on hers and it was paid for . He hides from me . I got ahold of his dad and told him I was going to kick his ..... well, you get the idea, He called his son and told him to talk to me and he wouldnt.

It’s a bit of a misnomer. It’s a 4-year school that specializes in engineering (biomedical) and nanotechnology. I went for journalism. It was started as “Louisiana Polytechnic Institute” and the Tech part just stuck. Not to be confused with LA Technical college, which is a vocational school.

To petsmart? Ours was until 4, and there was no line. Bff was making jelly, so I had to wait on her almost an hour.

He wants to be in engineering, but not biomed. Too, bad, it's a good field.

Hubs and I went out early this morning. Got back at 10:30. It was lovely! Reasonable number of people out there... until we tried to go past the fairgrounds. They are having the Emerald Cup. Weed fest. There goes the neighborhood!

He would be if he didn't have to pay all those dang taxes.

That would help. Very high taxes here. I wonder how other states can have such low property taxes. Our education taxes are at the state level because some many years ago someone sued claiming their daughter wasn't getting the same education as kids in towns/cities that had higher education taxes. Net result? Small schools got new things like foreign language in grammar school, our school lost it. Then of course there are local taxes as well.

Not really. Have you ever been to a mariachis funeral. They play a lot of music.
