I must seem like a complete idiot to some people . I cant help that I dont know all them gadgets names in the torture chamber. I was never taught and we never really had much. I have the same mixer for 25 yrs and its about to quit . Was making a slow noise.
Theres a lot of other stuff I do know though.

My slicer which is actually part of a hard boiled egg slicer BUT this way all the cookies are the same thickness. The size is variable depend on how small I roll the tubes

How do you keep your cookie trays so clean.

I used to do simple stuff to my car like tune ups, oil changes, fuel pump, starter...... Couldnt change a motor or tranny out but I could tell you the problem most times. I could build walls/step runners and fix the toilets . landscape or lay carpet, install fencing But couldnt fry a chicken to save my life.

Well hubs can’t remember what that fan came off of lol. It came from a friend. Sorry granny.

No way. I know the basics and even then I’m technically wrong on names. Did I ever tell you my home economics teacher and I got into a hardcore argument over a spatula? The correct term is turner. A spatula is something you ice a cake with. Then it got real bad when I told her that was what a butter knife was for lol that class about did her in, she retired shortly after.

I was bad and got Chinese takeout for dinner tonight cause I could not use the arm for making meatballs and the boys were not up to cooking or helping me cook.
